The Homeowner agrees and certifies that the Materials and Installation minimum requirements as defined by the | | |
Anaperalta Forms, SMCC & SICC, shall be met and that the following Maintenance requirements shall be faithfully adhered | |
to during the life of the installed Artificial Turf (ART). | | | | | | | | | |

1 | The ART shall remain in "like new" condition for color and uniformity, maintaining its natural visual appearance. | |
2 | The ART pile (Synthetic Grass Fiber) shall be sweep (Broomed) regularly to prevent the pile from matting | | |
| or laying flat or horizontal to the ground. Air blowing at a 10 to 45 degree angle is acceptable otherwise the | | |
| infill material may be blown away or the ART material separated from the base. | | | | | |
3 | The ART area shall be kept free of loose organic material such as leaves, branches, twigs, flower pedals, | | |
| grass cuttings, etc. | | | | | | | | | | | | |
4 | Damaged or worn ART areas must be repaired and met the Minimum Requirements defined by the | | | |

5 | For areas where ART material is adjacent to natural grass, a MOW strip is required (6" minimum) to be added. | |

| b. | Weeds or other organic plants growing in the ART material. | | | | | | |
| c. | Visible stains or discoloration. | | | | | | | | | | |
| d. | Debris or any material not intended to be present on the ART surface. | | | | | |
| e. | Holes, tears or any damage to the ART material. Heat can melt the synthetic materials. | | | |
| f. | Visible depressions allowing for standing water. | | | | | | | | |
| g. | Visible bubbles, edge lifts, seam separations or any condition not intended as part of the initial installation. | |
| h. | Chemicals can disolve or melt ART material. Gasoline, mineral sprits, paint removers etc, are examples. | |
