SECTION 1WARRANTY          Supplier Acceptance Initials
 Minimum Requirement:          
  1.  Two  year Workmanship Warranty includes;         
       a.Joined section seams shall not separate         
  b.Water shall drain and not accumulate on the Artificial Turf (ART)      
  c.ART border edges shall remain flush to non-ART material (concrete, plastic, etc.)     
  d.ART shall not separate from ground base forming bubbles and raised areas     
  e.Seams shall be and remain undetectable to normal visual observation      
  f.ART border edges shall not allow ART base material to be visible      
  g.Defective or non compliant ART material shall not be installed       
  h.Installation techniques shall not nullify the ART material Warranty provided by the Manufacturer.

SECTION 2GROUND PREPARATION         Supplier Acceptance Initials
 Minimum Requirement:          
  1.  A sub-base of 3 to 5 inches od compacted aggregate material shall be installed under the Artificial Turf (ART)  
       surface replacing existing plant material and soil.       
  2.  For ART material installed over native soil conditions, a layer of durable and porous fiber (woven or nonwoven)  
      shall be installed before the sub-base is added. This acts to stabilize the ART product.   
  3.  Natural areas adjacent to ART areas shall not drain into the ART material area.       
  4.  ART areas shall be graded to drain into the natural areas or into constructed or existing drainage paths.    
  5.  A mow strip must be provided (6" minimum) when ART is installed next to a natural grass area. This is to  
       prevent mower damage to the ART material.       
  6.   Water lines under ART areas shall be avoided.         
  7.   Trees within an ART area shall have underground bubblers installed to water the tree.     
  8.   Avoid sprinklers for natural areas spraying on ART material.  Minerals in the water will deposit on the ART  
        material causing a visible residue (color change) over time.

SECTION 3ART Material Installation         Supplier Acceptance Initials
 Minimum Requirements:          
  1.   Infill material is required and shall comply with the manufacturers recommendation. It shall be applied   
        at 2 pounds per square foot or as specified by the ART material manufacturer.    
  2.   Grain structure of the ART material shall be installed in a single direction.      
  3.   ART edges shall be secured to the ground by mechanical means.       
  4.   All seams shall be joined by gluing as a minimum.         
  5.   Total surface area must be water permeable with minimum 25 inch/hour permeability rating.
